About Us

About the Foundation

Prashanthi Cancer Foundation (PCF) was born out of the deep grief experienced by the Mesa and Yedla families following the heart-breaking loss of a beloved wife, mother, sister, and daughter-in-law. Transforming their sorrow into purpose, the Mesa family chose to sow seeds of hope and healing by supporting cancer patients, drawing from the very challenges they themselves endured. Rooted in the love of Jesus Christ, PCF seeks to bring joy, compassion, and care to those battling cancer.

Uniquely, the foundation is entirely funded by Ajay Mesa and his family, who have made a heartfelt commitment to operate without any external financial support—a solemn oath that reflects their faith, integrity, and dedication to serving others selflessly. At its core, PCF is guided by the principles of Educating, Empowering, and providing Economic support to eligible, financially vulnerable cancer patients, especially those living Below the Poverty Line (BPL)
